		<description>Moderation is the key, including diet and exercise and sleep and keeping our brains active (study, faith, relationships).

I do, however, agree more with Renfrew than the other definition... because it is more accepting of health being more than one size.</description>

		<description>One thing that bothers me is that this is so specifically targeted at girls.  There are plenty of obese boys too, why put tons of resources into a program that is aimed at only part of the kids supposedly experiencing the obesity pseudoepidemic?   Seems like it will just exacerbate the issue of girls feeling like they have to diet to be feminine and beautiful, instead of emphasizing overall health (which would apply to both sexes).</description>
